Sub-Processors

Full Loop CRM engages the third-party service providers ("sub-processors") below to process personal data on our behalf as part of delivering the platform. We maintain this list under Article 28 of the GDPR and provide it to customers so you can evaluate the vendors in your data supply chain. We give advance notice of material changes as described in our data processing terms.

Payments

Payment processing, invoicing, and subscription billing.

Data processed
Name, email, billing address, payment card / bank details, transaction history.
Location
United States (global processing).

Communications

SMS and voice communications (appointment reminders, service texts, calls). Twilio may be used as an equivalent provider for the same purpose.

Data processed
Phone number, message content, call metadata.
Location
United States.

Infrastructure & Database

Primary application database, file storage, and row-level-secured tenant data.

Data processed
All customer, client, job, and account records stored in the CRM.
Location
United States (AWS regions).

Email

Transactional and service email delivery.

Data processed
Email address, name, email content.
Location
United States.

AI / LLM Processing

Anthropic

Privacy / DPA

AI / LLM features (message drafting, categorization, and assistant tooling). xAI may be used as an equivalent LLM provider for the same features.

Data processed
Prompt content, which may include names, message text, and business data supplied for processing.

Hosting & Analytics

Application error monitoring, performance diagnostics, and release health.

Data processed
IP address, request and device metadata, error details, and diagnostic application context.
Location
United States (with global infrastructure).

Application hosting, edge delivery, and privacy-safe analytics.

Data processed
IP address, request metadata, and aggregate usage analytics.

United States (global edge network).
