- Full Suite includes full CRM access, unlimited users, customer, lead and job management, scheduling and team operations, finance and payment visibility, internal dashboard AI, automated workflows, and shareable booking and scheduling links.
- What does Auto Pilot & Full Suite cost?
- Auto Pilot & Full Suite has $25,000 one-time setup and costs $2,500/month. Full Suite is included in that monthly total, not added on top.
- What is not included with Full Suite?
- Managed website, managed lead generation and SEO, public AI, public Job Application, and territory exclusivity are not included.
- What does Auto Pilot & Full Suite add?
- It adds a managed website, managed lead generation and SEO, public Job Application, approved public AI, and an agreement-defined territory.
- Can one admin operate the CRM?
- The system is designed so one properly trained admin can coordinate day-to-day CRM management while owners and qualified staff retain judgment, approvals, and oversight.
- Are a microsite or trained admin included?
- No. A microsite is an optional custom-quote add-on for Full Suite. A CRM-trained admin is an optional add-on for either package starting at $8 per hour.
- When does territory exclusivity begin and end?
- Exclusivity begins after the agreement is signed and the $25,000 one-time setup fee is received. It applies only to the territory defined in the agreement and ends when the Auto Pilot & Full Suite monthly subscription ends.
- Does SEO management guarantee rankings or leads?
- No. SEO work follows current search quality and spam policies, but no specific ranking, traffic, lead volume, or revenue result is guaranteed.
- Are users billed per seat?
- No. Both packages include unlimited users without per-seat charges.
- What happens to existing customers?
- Existing subscriptions remain on their current commercial terms unless a separate written change is agreed.
